Professor Katelynn Perrault awarded the Satinder Ahuja Award for Young Investigators in Separation Science
The Separations Subdivision of the ACS Division of Analytical Chemistry is pleased to announce Katelynn Perrault (@kate_perrault) Professor of Forensic Sciences and Chemistry, Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at Chaminade University as the winner of the 2019 Satinder Ahuja Award for Young Investigators in Separation Science. Perrault’s research is in forensic chemistry and develops advanced chromatographic strategies for detecting volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that comprise odors. Perrault was also recently named to the 40 under 40 Power List by The Analytical Scientist. (youtube video)
The Award is named in honor of Satinder Ahuja and consists of a cash prize and symposium organized in honor of the awardee at the 2020 Pittsburgh Conference on Analytical Chemistry, held from March 1-5 in Chicago.
